To register a player with LNER Youth Football Club this is the information we will need

Player Photo
Please take a photo of your child on a white or pale background on your phone in PORTRAIT mode. Do not crop the photo. It must be head and shoulders only. No hats, No glasses. Below is an example of what your photo should look like

















Player ID
We need player proof of age which can be 1 of the following
last season LNER Youth ID Card
Passport
Birth Certificate

If your child played last season then your team manager should have your player ID card so no proof of age is required

If you are a new player you need to take a photo of your childs Passport on your phone in LANDSCAPE mode. Passport is the preferred method of player proof of age for the registration process. Below is what your photo should look like



















If your child does not have a passport then we will need a photo of the birth certificate. Take a photo of your childs Birth Certificate on your phone in PORTAIT mode. Below is what your photo should look like





















Your team manager will tell you where to send the photos. DO NOT send them to the team group
