LNER U12 Red Team – (Trials) Players Wanted for 2026/27 Season
Following a fantastic season as Harrow Youth League Division 3 Champions, LNER U12 Red Team are proud to be promoted to Division 2 for the 2026/27 season.
We are now inviting committed new players to join our training sessions for a trial period. This is a great opportunity to meet the team, experience our coaching, and see our club facilities.
We are looking for enthusiastic players who are ready to develop, compete, and be part of an ambitious team as we take on
Division 2.

Training for the LNER U12 Red team is on a Saturday morning at the LNER Club
10.00am-11.45am
Matches usually take place on Sundays
Make sure you are wearing football boots, shin pads and suitable training kit. Bring a drink of water and with your name on it.

LNER U12: Developing Players, Building Pathways
Since the beginning, LNER has focused on creating a positive, safe and challenging environment where young players can grow, develop confidence and reach their potential.
Our aim is not simply to win matches. We want to help every player improve technically, tactically and mentally, while enjoying football and becoming part of a supportive team culture.
This journey has also been led by Coach Oli, an FA-qualified coach whose son was part of the group at the start of the season. Alongside his coaching experience, Coach Oli has achieved his Level 2 Professional Scouting qualification, strengthening his ability to identify talent and guide players towards meaningful development opportunities.
LNER is committed to building strong relationships with showcase teams, academy scouts and development programmes. These connections help create pathways not only for the U12 squad, but for talented players across the whole club.
The progress speaks for itself. LNER U12 proudly won the HYFL Division 3 title Season 2025/26, while three players attended Talent ID sessions and received positive feedback. Two further players have been invited to development centres, and our captain, Joshua Alberto Ludinga, who has been with LNER for three years, has signed for Stevenage FC Academy.
These achievements reflect the environment we are building at LNER: one that supports ambition, encourages hard work and gives young players genuine opportunities to progress.
We are incredibly proud of Joshua and wish him every success in the next stage of his football journey. His achievement is an inspiration to every young player at LNER.
